PREACH!
All of the offensive messages I backtracked led to people embarrassingly uglier than me. And I’m already ugly.
Harassment is not a freedom of speech.
THIS.

The State of Broadband Internet Worldwide
Late last year, the Philippines’ National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) caused quite a stir when it came out with a draft memorandum order that, if approved, would allow local telecommunications companies to put a cap on the amount of data that users are allowed to download per day.
The graphic clearly shows that, in terms of average Internet broadband download speed alone, the Philippines lags behind roughly two-thirds of the world. The country also has a long way to go in terms of Internet penetration.
The fastest average broadband speed on record is in South Korea —a country well-known for its online gaming culture— at a blazingly fast 37.1Mbps. In contrast, the Philippines ranks 139 out of 185 countries at a paltry 1.5Mbps.
Even the small African nation of Rwanda, with a population of just 9 million has an average broadband speed more than six times that of the Philippines’, at 10.1Mbps.
wow! ganyan kabagal ang broadband speed ng phil. tsk tsk tsk!
